Getting Started
If you are building a home and need to tap into the RFWSD's system, everything you need to know about getting water & sanitation service can be found on the New Construction page.  If you have just purchased a home in the RFWSD, please go to the Transfer Billing page. 

Online Billpay
Customers can click on the PAY MY BILL button on the left navigation bar to set up automatic payments for the quarterly water and sewer service fees.
