The District bills quarterly for Water and Sewer Service Fees and metered Water Usage.  Upon receipt of your statement, you can remit payment in full by mail to the address below. 

Also, you have the option of paying the quarterly bill in 3 equal monthly payments.  If you would like to make monthly payments, please check the Monthly Payment box on the statement stub and return it with the first of your 3 payments.  Each payment must be received by the 30th of the month to avoid penalties.
